Delivery Rates & Zones
Capelock Tiles delivers throughout South Africa and selected neighbouring regions. Customers within South Africa can order directly online. For deliveries outside South Africa, please contact us with your full address and product quantities so we can provide you with a customised delivery rate.
Please note that palletised orders are typically delivered using an 18T truck, which requires sufficient access space. If access is limited, smaller 7.5T trucks can be arranged on request—please contact us for confirmation.
For customers in neighbouring regions such as Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, and Eswatini, small items and samples can be shipped via courier. For orders exceeding 20kg, you will need to arrange your own cross-border transport. Our team can assist by providing collection details but cannot arrange shipping on your behalf.
Standard Delivery (2–5 Working Days)
We offer a standard 2–5 working day courier service for regular orders and a roadside pallet delivery service for bulk orders. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours, although during peak periods, delivery may take 3–7 working days. We always strive to dispatch as quickly as possible. If you’d like confirmation of delivery timelines, our friendly team is available to assist.
Delivery Zones

Zone 1 – South African Mainland (Excludes select remote and high-density areas)
Covers most major cities and towns across South Africa. -
Zone 2 – Remote Areas & Major Metropolitan Centres
This includes outlying rural towns, highland regions, and high-density central metro areas such as Johannesburg CBD, Cape Town CBD, and Durban CBD. -
Zone 3 – Neighbouring Countries (Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, Zimbabwe)
For deliveries to these regions, please contact us with your address and order details so that we can provide a customised delivery rate.
⚠️ Important: For Zone 3 and other destinations outside South Africa, please call our sales team for delivery rates.
Collection
If you’d prefer to arrange your own delivery or request a separate delivery quote, you may complete your order online and select collection at checkout.
Access and Restrictions for Palletised Deliveries
Our pallet deliveries are made using trucks with tail lifts and pallet jacks onboard. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, we recommend using the ‘leave safe’ instruction at checkout (for example, leaving the pallet in your driveway or another suitable area).
All pallets are securely wrapped to protect them from the elements. Please note that if a delivery is missed, a redelivery fee may apply.
🚩 Important: Pallet jacks cannot move across gravel or uneven surfaces. If you have a gravel driveway or limited access, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee exact delivery times or pre-arrival calls. A signature is usually required upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If you’d like to arrange a weekend delivery, please contact our team.
If for any reason we’re unable to dispatch your order or if you’ve chosen collection, our team will contact you with further details.
Expedited Delivery
We do offer an expedited delivery service depending on stock availability and delivery location. Please contact us for a tailored quote.
PO Box Addresses
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required for all deliveries.
Army/Defence Base Deliveries
Currently, we are unable to deliver directly to South African National Defence Force (SANDF) bases.
