Our Caplock premium Duckboard lock is a highly durable PVC interlocking drainage tile, specifically engineered to withstand UV exposure. These modular flooring solutions provide a safe and comfortable walking surface while ensuring effective drainage. Each tile has a square design, 16mm thickness, and measures 450mm by 450mm. With 10mm diameter round holes, the tiles allow water and debris to pass through easily, keeping the surface free from moisture and dirt. This makes them ideal for machine shops, lathe areas, or any environment where iron chips and filings need to fall through safely without endangering exposed hands or feet.

Made from strong PVC thermoplastic material, Caplock Duckboard lock is also commonly referred to in the matting and rubber industry as drainage mat, duck lock, or duck board. It is widely applied in wet areas to improve safety, thanks to its non-slip grip design.
